Tank Trouble Tuesday

Tanknology carried out Petroscope® inspections on two tanks at a site in Wisconsin that was coming out of abandoned status and undergoing requirements to begin operations again.

As Petroscope inspections require the tanks to be completely empty and inerted with nitrogen, a thorough inspection of the full tank can be conducted. Read more about the findings of the inspection in the image below.

VacuTect® tightness tests were also performed on the single-walled fiberglass tanks, an important step in assuring the tanks' integrity. The tanks passed the tightness test.
