Tank Trouble Tuesday

A fueling facility in Tanknology's Gulf Coast region requested a TankCam® inspection of a 10,000 gallon, steel tank to inspect for undesirable conditions or abnormal operating conditions. The tank held regular unleaded.

The TankCam inspection revealed excessive corrosion along tank walls, from top to bottom. Large amounts of sludge and liquid were seen along tank bottom preventing the TankCam inspection from definitively determining the condition of the tank.
