A fueling facility in Tanknology's Northeast region requested a TankCam® inspection of a 2,000 gallon steel tank to inspect for undesirable conditions or abnormal operating conditions. The facility also requested a TankClean® Remote Video UST Cleaning. The tank held diesel.
The inspection revealed a significant amount of sludge at the bottom of the tank, which was removed by the TankClean process, a video-guided system which utilizes the proprietary TankCam video inspection camera. The tank was later returned to service.
